Just wanted to point out that I was personal friends with Oompa (Eric)
I saw your post on that thread about Oompa trying to gift you a moped when you were stuck taking the bus. It was pretty touching. I gave a simple condolence message, but it was clear that he had a huge effect on many people in the forum.
As for Lloyd, he was trying to take the lead in something, even when the deceased was hardly known to him. Always policing the threads, making unsolicited comments about what Oopma would or would not have liked despite not knowing him.

Now imagine, he keeps HIS BIG MOUTH SHUT!!!! Never says a word to anyone.
That's the thing - he didn't want to. He wanted to brag about his sex life to others as if were a rite of passage or something. There wasn't anything wrong with paying for sex while still being married in his mind. He's only sorry about being caught.
Starting with the Andrew Gold interview almost a year ago he began backing off his admission of seeing sex workers in Thailand, undoubtedly due to his belated recognition that this was indeed the issue here, not an extramarital affair. In the livechat of the Gold interviews you'll find a few interesting posts from known Lloyd supporters. ExCultBaby had their own YT channel, was on Lloyd's several times, and regularly appeared with him on Talking Heathen. Evidently they exchanged PMs about the matter and Lloyd confirmed he did see sex workers in Thailand, calling him a liar for his comments to Andrew Gold on dating one.
This interaction between Producer Bob and Tibor was interesting. Tibor was sending Bob abusive texts blaming her and Kim for making Dijana "unwell". Lloyd's own actions including humiliating her on the livestream mattered little to this weasel.
Like his boss, when confronted with inconvenient information, call the other person out for lies and don't elaborate any further:
Dijana could have kept her mouth shut too. I'm glad she didn't and let people know what kind of a monster her husband is, but it was purely her choice to not only tell the stories but to bring the receipts like the emails, WhatsApp chats and Lloyd's pics taken in Thailand. I've thought about that and her involvement in all of this. Telling someone something messed up in confidence is one thing, but providing the receipts is another. It is almost like she knew some info would leak and Lloyd would immediately try to quash it and lie his way out of. When Kim's statement was posted, the first thing Lloyd probably did was ask for or probably more likely, grab her phone from her as he did in his book to see what she told Kim and PB. He knew he was caught and that's the thinking which led into him making that livestream. His humiliation of Dijana and their sex life was likely payback for her sending out all that information.
So Tibor, the White Knight calls out PB and Kim via text for making Dijana "unwell". He knew full well Lloyd did far more damage to her in real life and on the livestream and was going to do it yet again on the Andrew Gold show, but whatever. It's always someone else's fault.
Kim and PB bear the least amount of responsibility as both parties in that marriage released a lot of private and damaging information. The very fact Lloyd continues to lie about it per exCultBaby's comment above is why we're still talking about it.
He paid for sex in Thailand. It's been verified and admitted to. Anyone telling you otherwise is lying.

We might be able to tell the tale of JLE by My Book of Bible Stories illustrations. I’ll try.

I wonder if that's what he did when he was growing up as a JW. Sucking up to elders, scheming is way up to have ''privilege" in is cong. putting down to the elders ,other JW that he could see would maybe get ahead of him
There used to be a few UK posters who were in the same circuit as him and they described seeking a tall and awkward looking man with a huge nose always going into the CO's tent at the assemblies. He was one of those types who'd put himself forward as the CO's unofficial assistant, fetching coffee and doing other errands.
This poster called himself "Tony Cain" after a notorious UK CO who had a bad reputation.
I agree with your premise that he was a climber both within the organisation and outside. I feel that coming from a rigid hierarchical organisation and into a loose association of former JWs who had no leader or leadership, he saw an opportunity for himself to get appointed in the top slot.
Read the story about him demanding a podium here:
Lloyd Evans – “Where’s my podium?”
Also , am I right to say that when his father in law attic was being turned into a decent place to live , for FREE by some Belgium contractor ? He was busy having Hissy "intellectual" (or Mental ) Fit on this forum? Instead of HELPING THEM ?
Here is the account from Lloyd's book about how Patrick Haeck both paid for their holiday and built their attic space.
Even so, we knew there was a missing ingredient. We were now on our own, adrift from any real sense of community. Our geographical isolation in a quiet rural village 20 minutes’ drive from the nearest town did not help. Apart from my occasional games of football with some of my fellow villagers, we did not really interact with our neighbors—certainly not with the closeness that we were accustomed to in the Witness fold. So when an ex-JW Facebook friend, whom I had previously only met on Skype, asked whether I wanted to join him and his family for a holiday on the Croatian coast, our rather precarious financial predicament left us with a dilemma. Do we play it safe and stay at home for the next few days to conserve funds, or do we throw caution to the wind by spending what little money we have on a trip to the coast for a holiday with virtual strangers? To this day I still cannot fully explain why, but something told me this was something the three of us needed to do—even if we could not justify it financially. Patrick Haeck was a charismatic Belgian with an infectious smile who was a fan of my work on JWsurvey. Based on our Skype conversations, he seemed the sort of person I could enjoy spending time with—and I felt we needed all the friends we could get. I thus spent the week just before our proposed rendezvous sending out emails to any translation clients who owed us money, pleading with them to pay. But when the day came for us to drive out to meet Patrick at his rented apartment in Pula, our bank account total was still depressingly close to zero. I sent out another flurry of emails, hoping that at least somebody would pay straight up. Finally, two or three payments trickled through on PayPal. We now had just enough money to buy some diapers for Jessica and put some fuel in the tank for the four-hour drive. We threw our things in the car, and off we went! On our arrival in Pula, Patrick came to meet us at a pre-arranged roadside location (the place where he was staying was hard to find) before leading us on to his rented apartment. With him was his wife Belinda, his two daughters and one of their boyfriends, together with another Belgian family of ex?Witnesses including four school-age children. We were warmly greeted and immediately felt at ease in the relaxed vibe of our new friends, who immediately set about preparing a barbecue banquet. Especially noticeable was the hum of children running around carefree and having a good time—something we simply had not experienced since we were last in company with Witnesses. Over fine Belgian beer and grilled barbecue fare we chatted about our shared experience and I learned of how the other couple who were staying nearby, Bjorn and Priskilla, were close to Patrick because he had always looked out for Priskilla, an abuse victim, since his days as an elder.
We were invited to stay with Patrick’s family. His daughter and her boyfriend even gave up their room and slept on the couch so we could be comfortable. As the vacation went on, we felt more and more cocooned in an atmosphere of unconditional love and friendship. We both noticed how eerie it was that, in the five days we spent with Patrick and his expanded family, whom he jokingly referred to as his “cult,” we never witnessed one dispute or acrimonious outburst— something we were both accustomed to from vacationing with Witness friends and family. Our time with Patrick was precisely what we were in need of: a reminder that we could still enjoy that special sense of community despite no longer being in a cult. We just needed to put forth a little effort to find it.
It was not long after we returned home that our uplifting vacation experience received something of an encore. Patrick telephoned and asked if it would be agreeable for him and Belinda to come visit us before they headed back to Belgium. They had just dropped their youngest daughter off at Zagreb Airport (which is only an hour from where we live) because she needed to get home more urgently. They wanted to see where we lived, even if it was only for a brief visit. I told them that of course they could come, but I knew before I put the phone down that it would be complicated to entertain our guests. Firstly, despite some small progress, our apartment was still barely habitable. At that stage we were still without a working bathroom. We basically only had a bedroom and a large unfinished space, containing our desks and computers, framed by a bare brick wall and some windows. By now, we were accustomed to such basic conditions, but how would our guests react? Secondly, Dijana’s parents were downstairs and would almost certainly shun our guests if they needed to go down and use the building’s only bathroom. As soon as Patrick and Belinda arrived, we ushered them upstairs and put on a small buffet for them. We showed them around and explained our modest progress since first arriving in 2009. At one point, Patrick went downstairs to use the bathroom. Thankfully, however, there was no awkwardness with Dijana’s parents, who had secluded themselves in their room (I suppose, in their own way, this was their version of showing kindness—by not putting themselves in a position where they would have to be unkind). As hard as Patrick and Belinda tried, it was difficult for them to conceal their shock at our circumstances. Normally very exuberant and talkative, Patrick stared at the walls and ceiling, apparently deep in thought. “I can see you’re shocked. This is pretty basic, but we’re hoping to improve things,” I said, trying to lighten the mood. “I’m not shocked,” he replied. “I’m just trying to think how I can help.
Shortly after saying this, Patrick excused himself and went outside to his car. He returned with a carry?case full of various tools, all neatly organized and strapped with velcro. “These are yours. Don’t worry, I can easily get a replacement box,” he said. I thanked him for the thoughtful gesture, which went above and beyond my expectations. After all, Dijana and I were happy simply to belong to such a fantastic group of friends after so recently being cut adrift from our Witness community. But I was to learn that Patrick had more help in mind while he had been carefully studying our walls and roof, as would become clear in future Skype and Facebook conversations. Patrick knew that Jessica did not yet have her own bedroom, and he noticed our roof was without insulation with winter approaching. His idea was to return two months later and remedy both those problems himself—which is exactly what he did. To this day, Dijana and I pinch ourselves when we think about it, but I suppose when you have good friends with a willingness to help, this is the sort of magic that can result. Patrick, Belinda, their daughter Oriana and soon-to-be son-in-law Matthias drove across Europe in October 2014 and rolled up on our driveway to begin what they called their “humanitarian mission.” They brought with them a huge trailer, every last square inch of which was crammed with tools and materials, including enough drywall and floor laminate for Jessica’s room, and enough insulated ceiling panels to finish the ceiling for the whole apartment. Though one or two of their friends back in Belgium had kindly contributed toward the materials, the majority was paid for out of their own pockets.
After Mission HQ had been established downstairs in Dijana’s parents’ part of the house (they had vacated beforehand for a few days —again, to avoid any awkwardness) Patrick and Matthias set to work almost immediately by punching a hole through the wall of the “cave” that would be Jessica’s bedroom window. Within three days of relentless high-intensity work, which continued to as late as 2 or 3 a.m. some nights, Jessica had a new bedroom complete with wallpaper, laminate floor and furnishings from IKEA. The half of the open space in our apartment where we spent most of our time also now had a ceiling with insulation. Not content with all that, Patrick left me enough ceiling panels for me to finish the other side of the apartment and a giddying amount of tools and equipment for future work—the total value of which I dare not estimate. We could never have dreamed of such kindness from our Witness friends or family who were shunning us, which made it even more special. And, perhaps sweetest of all, it was a source of wonder for Dijana’s parents when they returned from self-enforced exile to behold what our “mentally diseased” and supposedly self-absorbed apostate friends had created for their granddaughter Another two months passed, and Dijana, Jessica and I again found ourselves reunited with our “happiness cult”—the Haeck family and friends—this time in Belgium for what would be our first ever Christmas celebration. We were invited to stay for four weeks over Christmas and the New Year, during which time we enjoyed more gratuitous lashings of fun and laughter. The simple joy of going for a drink with friends and making a complete idiot of myself, something I had not been able to do for years, was revisited with Patrick, Matthias and Bjorn as my partners in crime on a night out in Ghent. (The evening climaxed with me being discovered, inebriated, in a compromising situation with a Christmas tree.)
What stood out to me about that was he freely admitted that after buying diapers and fuel for the trip, they had next to nothing in their bank account. (Similar story to not being able to afford his daughter's haircut). He went to Pula expecting his holiday to be paid for which it was.
I think he exaggerates his poverty when it suits him. In this case he wanted a free holiday and for his attic to be finished. It was the beginning of a long pattern of grift and relying on the generosity of exJWs for getting what he wanted.

Hell, I'm not sure if it's even still up?
JW Watch Reddit is up but I can't access it because I was never a member. If I am remembering correctly, Producer Bob was the owner who set it up on behalf of JW Watch. Amanda Blackett/Leica Fox is a Cedarite dolt who will contort herself in every possible way if it means protecting Jabba the Hutt and as a mod she was starting shit there, always in his favour. I believe Bob removed her as a mod and then removed herself, leaving it unmoderated. No new members can be added so it is effectively dead.

Forgot this one.
He actually thanked himself for getting sbf reinstated when he was the one who insisted he was banned in the first place.

Lloyd feels threatened by people who have no fear of him and are not afraid to confront him. In the Patterson thread you’ll notice that in his arguments with slimboyfat, the banning of Nathan Natas was mentioned.
There was a popular poster named Oompa that committed suicide. A lot of people here were upset, particularly those who had a personal in real life relationship with him. It started getting out of hand though, with several Oompa memorial threads popping up one after another with different agendas. There was an evangelical who kept invoking Jesus, which contrasted with his real life beliefs. NN tangled with Lloyd on one of these threads, making the point that dragging it out wasn’t doing anyone any good. I’d link the threads but all of NN’s posts were deleted. Lloyd’s comments about him are still up though.
From what I was told, Lloyd chased NN into PM and NN clapped back that he was not letting this drop. Lloyd felt he had enough for a ban and got his wish, taking it to sure management. For months afterwards whenever it was brought up, Lloyd claimed it was threatening to both him and his wife, though his wife wasn’t even on the forum yet.
People became very afraid of the guy and Lloyd really banged that drum if you were getting into it with him. He’d threaten to tattle on you to Simon and even had the forum guideline you allegedly violated handy.
When things began to turn and it was obvious it was really Lloyd being there problem and source of all drama, people started clamouring for the return of NN and sbf, who was banned as a result of the Patterson thread. Lloyd is quite adept at getting in front of things, so he started making comments like this.
He was actually claiming that he desired reinstatement for the very people he wanted banned in the first place! He does this all the time. He knew the tide was turning on him so he made it look like it was his idea. Eventually NN was let back on too, but NN didn’t let Lloyd off the hook so easily:
Not only is Lloyd a liar and a coward, but very disingenuous. It’s safe to say there will never be another Lloyd Evans because people know exactly what happens when you enable someone the way he is.
Now it’s just a matter of getting people to move on from Lloyd entirely.

Lloyd thought Conti would literally walk into Patterson and take up ownership because WT couldn’t afford $17.3 million. In his own words, he couldn’t see any other reason why they’d put up Patterson as surety other than being unable to pay it. On appeal the court eliminated the punitive damages leaving Conti with a $2.8 million dollar settlement.
THIS IS WHY WT DIDN’T FORK OVER THE $17.3 MILLION!! They give Conti that and afterwards get it reduced on appeal (which they did), then good luck trying to collect what she had already spent.
People with legal backgrounds were trying to explain this to him and he just dismissed them and attacked others who thought the same way, sensationally telling everyone he’s bringing his guitar in the Patterson facility to sing campfire songs when Conti received the keys.
He has something seriously wrong with him. He went from gleeful and pompous to downright rude, arrogant and threatening. And Dijana had nothing to do with that thread, nor was anyone implicating her. If she was upset in any way about it, it was solely because he was making it miserable for her.

The claims of depression and suicide have been going on a LONG time. Due to his persistent claims of depression, stress and anxiety he attributes to both him and his wife, the weaponisation of it is obvious. He says these things as a clumsy way of shaming people to back off. (FYI - “Mrs Cedars” was never mentioned in this thread except by him). From the Patterson thread alone, here are Lloyd’s comments:
https://www.jehovahs-witness.com/topic/240181/patterson-on-line-watchtower-claims-that-paying-cash-bond-would-cause-immediate-irreparable-harm-hardship
But he should also know that, despite suffering from depression, I can give as good as I get.
I refuse to look at anything insulting or abusive, even if there might turn out to be an ounce of truth in it. I suffer from depression. That's my choice.
thereby rubbing salt into the wounds and causing my wife and I considerable anxiety by casting doubt on the severity of the threat
I can't tell you how upsetting it is for me and my wife, not just to be threatened, but to then have an arsewipe like slimboyfat rub salt in the wounds by trying to minimize what happened. It makes me feel physically sick.
Still no apology to me or Mrs Cedars for all the stress and upset you've caused to both of us through breaking posting guideline 11, rubbing salt in the wounds and getting involved in something that you had no business with. You're a horrible man.
You should apologise for getting involved in something that wasn't your business (in so doing, breaking posting guideline 11) and subsequently causing hurt and distress to my wife and I.
Are you trying to give me a nervous breakdown with all these lies and nonsense?
My nerves have been worn thin after a very gruelling day, and I need a rest.
The work I do isn't all that draining - only when certain individuals cause me unnecessary stress.
